New listing near us...

The Raleigh real estate market is already surfacing strongly and its only the beginning of February. Since being an expert in real estate means that you have to keep up with the market and their trends, I check North Raleigh area daily for new listings, pending listings, sold listings etc. This allows me to be the best I can be and know our market with confidence which only helps you when I assist you in the sale or purchase of a home in the future.

The most resent house that went on the market in N. Raleigh (Creedmoor rd, six forks up to Falls) was 10012 Old Warden Rd. It is in Stonebridge subdivision listed at $390k.

RES - Buyer Full no agent info

Check it out. Let me know if you want to know more information regarding our area, and what home prices are looking like.

The Produce Box

The Produce Box is a locally grown, farm fresh produce service that is delivered to your door each week during North Carolina's growing season (usually from mid-April to mid- November).
This is what they say about their service:

  • We support our neighbors. We work with North Carolina farms ONLY, and don't ship in products from other states or countries.
  • We support our community. We contribute a portion of our box price to support efforts that bring fresh, local veggies to food-insecure areas in Wake, Durham and Orange counties...we've committed to donating $20,000 to them this year. We're happy to partner with Wake Enterprises and other organizations who help us employ members of the community that might otherwise have a hard time finding work.
  • We support our farmers. We pay a sustainable price to our partners, because the first definition of sustainability for farming is being able to provide for your family. And sometimes, more than one family on a farm.  We also contribute a portion of our enrollment fees to our farm-partners each year.....helping them to purchase much-needed farm equipment, repair tractors, build greenhouses and buy seeds before the season starts.
